Ainvo Backup Copy is a lightweight Windows data protection tool designed with a simple, single-window interface to automate file duplication.

Setting up scheduled backups in this utility allows you to copy files to multiple local or network locations and automatically pack them into compressed ZIP archives. Step-by-Step Configuration Guide 1. Define Your Job Template Open the Ainvo Backup Copy main window. Navigate to the Job template section.

Select the individual files, folders, or entire user directories (such as My Documents) that you want to target for protection. 2. Set the Destination Folders

Go to the destination layout form within the single-window interface.

Add your preferred target directories. You can choose local drives or network paths to duplicate your data across multiple storage locations simultaneously.

(Optional) Click on the folder properties to define how many historical versions to keep under the data retention policy. You can also enable “relative paths” if you want to copy only the outermost folders rather than recreating the complete source path on your backup drive. 3. Configure Compression and Security Open the Job filters menu.

Choose your desired ZIP compression ratio to save storage space.

Set a password for the ZIP archive if you need to restrict unauthorized access to sensitive files. 4. Establish the Automation Schedule Open the Job Schedule tab within the program.

Create a new schedule or choose from the available frequency intervals (such as daily, weekly, or specific days).

Set your precise starting time for the routine automation to trigger. 5. Save and Manage Startup Settings Navigate to the general Settings menu.

Check Run at operating system startup to guarantee that the application initiates automatically upon loading Windows.

Check Unload if there are no tasks today if you want the utility to shut down automatically on days when no automatic jobs are scheduled, conserving system resources.
